It was great to have some extra voices for part of the practice when
the Girl Choristers of Exeter Cathedral came for a few
minutes – they added a second part when DCJC was singing 'A
Cat called Alexander.' |

Mr Stephen Tanner, the Director of the Girl Choristers of Exeter
Cathedral Choir joined in himself by accompanying on the
piano. We liked his jazz piano playing. |

We had 15 singers at our first DCJC practice,
from all over Devon – and didn't we make a good sound?! Here we are joined by the
Cathedral Girl Choristers at the back. |

We were very fortunate to also have Mr Andrew Millington, the Director
of Music of Exeter
Cathedral to accompany some of the practice.
His
improvised 'finger clicks' were very good! |

Mrs
Honey is our Choir Secretary. She
helps Mrs Smith with organising
everything, and made some delicious chocolate brownies for our break
time. Everyone went
back for seconds! |
